為繼承和弘揚中國中醫藥文化，普及中醫治病、養生、保健優勢，努力達到“提高生命質量，創造美好生活”的偉大目标，在“教育救人，教育興醫”的理念指導下，于2009年伊始，成立“聖愛中醫大講堂”，舉辦了一系列學術研讨和健康講座，赢得了中醫專家、社會各界的肯定和贊揚。同年，“華龍聖愛中醫藥學校”成立，通過名醫理論授課、經驗傳授、臨床觀摩、指導學習等方式，針對性輔導中醫師業務水平的提高，從而推動中醫藥事業的發展，并在這個過程中積極創造和解決社會就業問題，為構建和諧社會作出一定的貢獻。
