現任軟件工程系主任、中國計算機學會軟件工程專業委員會委員。
曾擔任中國計算機學會青年計算機科技論壇（YOCSEF）合肥分論壇學術委員會副主席。是《IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering》、《Journal of Systems and Software》、《Empirical Software Engineering》等頂級和高水平學術期刊和國際會議審稿人，并擔任多個國際會議程序委員會委員。
