2011年在北京協和醫學院基礎醫學研究所獲免疫學博士學位。

科研成就

主持國家自然科學基金面上項目1項，承擔傳染病重大專項子課題2項、院校創新工程1項。近三年，發表科技論文40餘篇，總影響因子148.55，平均影響因子7.82，以第一或通訊作者的科技論文20餘篇，其中SCI論文14篇，包括一區4篇，包括Science、Sci Transl Med、Signal Transduct Target Ther、PloS Pathog，二區9篇，包括J Virol、FEBS J、Front Microbiol、Hum Gene Ther等，三區1篇。主編了科學出版社出版的《比較傳染病學-病毒性疾病》專著，參編《中華醫學百科全書-醫學實驗動物學》和《實驗室生物安全事故防範和管理》。

在SIV/SHIV動物模型建立的基礎上，創制了艾滋病潛伏感染動物模型并對病毒儲存庫進行系統研究；從糖生物學角度，揭示了半乳糖凝集素家族成員對潛伏感染細胞的殺傷作用及其凋亡機制研究；利用融合抑制劑、抗體藥物、基因工程技術等策略，探讨控制或清除HIV-1潛伏庫的措施及其作用機制研究。重要代表性研究成果分别發表在PLoS Pathog，J Virol，FEBS J等本領域經典期刊上。

目前主要承擔國家科技重大專項《我國周邊地區重要傳染病防控及處置能力提升研究》、《重大及突發急性傳染病動物模型關鍵技術研究》，醫學與健康科技創新工程重點項目《艾滋病功能性治愈及免疫重建》等3項。
