劇情介紹
Kyle和Marcel是一對一見鐘情的同志戀人。Marcel是法國人，為留在美國與Kyle一起，他決定和拉拉朋友Sarah假結婚。Kyle的姐姐April突然回到紐約，打破了Kyle和Marcel的二人世界。April是變性人，一直靠在街上拉皮條為生，她對Kyle有着瘋狂的占有欲，想方設法離間這對小情人。看重親情、率真開朗的Kyle沒能識破April的詭計，于是一對甜蜜而執着的戀人陷入嫉妒、憤怒與不能放手的情感糾葛中，徘徊在愛與分手間……

似乎很簡單的故事，沒有那麼多起伏和挫折，隻是一對簡單的同志情侶相愛，争吵，分手，決裂以至無法挽回的故事。故事的開始是陽光充沛的一天，Marcel和Sarah假結婚，Kyle作為伴郎卻為marcel戴上求婚的戒指。陽光下兩人接吻的鏡頭無比幸福。在這個時候他們相信Je t'aime pour toujours（我永遠愛你），相信會永遠站在彼此身邊，相信以後都會這樣幸福。那些幸福的細節會讓人想起來都想要微笑。但是愛情不僅是自私的，也是脆弱的。開始埋怨對方晚回家，開始在意對方的目光不再自己這裡，開始覺得對方很煩，開始覺得和朋友分享約會也無所謂，開始需要冷靜期。争吵，出軌，分手，決裂，Kyle輕易地說出了我不愛你，Marce在日複一日的忍耐裡失去了冷靜。
Kyle會把那些無奈寫進歌裡唱給不認識的陌生人，Marcel在和朋友見面的酒吧裡說希望會在前方。Kyle撕碎了見證曾經幸福的照片，Marcel捂着流血的傷口沖出家門。愛情就這樣走向無可挽回。也許這些全都要怪April的挑撥離間，但愛情在這樣的考驗面前卻真實完敗。
在Marcel因April舉報而找上門的警察帶走時，kyle醒悟那是自己的愛人；在kyle因追趕Marcel而被駛過的汽車撞倒時，Marcel在警車裡大聲呼喊愛人的名字。空蕩的公寓裡，Kyle曾經慵懶地躺在客廳的沙發，窗簾透過的陽光讓他看起來無比性感，Marcel滑坐在門邊的身影顯得那麼孤單。Je t'aime pour toujours。
