科研成就
主要發表于本領域國際一流學術刊物,SCI收錄160篇,并多次被Applied Physics Letters等期刊封面介紹,研究成果引起國際同行和專業媒體的廣泛關注。其中,應變量子點的多層有序自組織,高指數面納米結構控制,液滴外延納米材料生長等先驅性研究成果為深化國際學術界對量子限制結構與功能的認識作出了重要貢獻。同時,也積極促進這一領域的國際學術交流,創辦并主編了SCI期刊《納米研究快訊》。
