經過封閉的培訓和近千人的嚴格篩選後，4ROM組建完成。成員封任有着多年的舞蹈練習經驗，擅長Hip-Hop、Poping、Locking、LA等多種舞蹈類型并擁有良好聲線，擔任主唱。成員振浩曾封閉培訓多年，擅長多種舞蹈風格及深厚的RAP功力，在組合中擔任舞蹈及RAPER擔當。成員鵬飛憑借其突出的舞蹈及編排能力，成為組合中不可或缺的舞蹈擔當。成員恺的紮實唱功，擔當組合副主唱。
4ROM組合的名字原意為FROM，是來自和開始的意思，預示全新組合的誕生及音樂理念的開始，也标志着對日韓偶像團體的挑戰開始。
組合定位為一隻HIPHOP組合，曲風主要為HIP-HOP、R&B及電子舞曲，并且曲風大膽創新，融入了很多國際最流行的音樂元素，打破了傳統音樂架構和KPOP的盲從。即将推出的同名主打單曲《FROM》，是國内首支以DUBSTEP為核心元素的電子舞曲，并結合了弦樂及POP架構，使其從原來黑暗的色調變的更為柔和，也更适應國内聽衆。勢必會将席卷歐美的DUBSTEP之風帶入國内的流行樂壇。
