1983年7月～至今，華東理工大學物理系任助教、講師、副教授、教授，擔任的職務有：教研室主任、系主任、副院長、副所長；

1986年9月～1990年6月，華東理工大學物理系就讀在職研究生，研究生學曆，碩士學位；

2009年2月～2009年8月，瑞典皇家理工學院訪問研究。
