已主持承擔多項國家科技重大專項子課題、國家重點研發計劃、裝備預研基金、JKW基礎加強重點項目、自科面上和青年基金以及和華為、華潤微電子、新雷能等業界重要橫向合作的項目研發(主持項目總經費達2000餘萬),在IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I、IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. II、IEEE Trans. Power Electron.、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electron.、Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing、ISPSD和ISCAS等國際知名電路期刊和頂級會議上發表論文20餘篇,合作編寫專著3本,美國專利授權5項,中國發明專利授權40餘項。
