Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)是約翰列侬生前最後一張專輯《double fantasy》中收錄的一首歌曲。
這首歌和Watching the Wheels共同發行為了AB面單曲，這首歌也成為了約翰列侬傳唱度最高的歌曲之一。
這首歌也是列侬寫給自己小兒子的歌曲，Beautiful Boy和Darling Boy就是指的sean lennon。
創作背景
這首歌是約翰列侬為小兒子sean lennon創作的，當時他隻有五歲，還是一個整天跟着母親小野洋子的孩子。
這首歌的内容據推測應該是sean做了一個噩夢，列侬安慰她的兒子：“怪獸已經走了，你爸爸就在這。”
後來轉為了列侬對自己的兒子表達了深切的愛意，最後的高潮部分是列侬不斷吟唱：“漂亮男孩……親愛的西恩（sean）!”
結尾的時候可以聽到列侬耳語道：“"Good night, Sean. See you in the morning. Right again！”（晚安，西恩！明早見！對！”讓人感到濃濃的生活氣息。這句話和 Ringo Starr在white album專輯中最後一首歌good night唱到的“大家晚安，所有地方，所有事物……”。而good night正是列侬給自己的大兒子Julian Lennon寫的。
