经过封闭的培训和近千人的严格筛选后，4ROM组建完成。成员封任有着多年的舞蹈练习经验，擅长Hip-Hop、Poping、Locking、LA等多种舞蹈类型并拥有良好声线，担任主唱。成员振浩曾封闭培训多年，擅长多种舞蹈风格及深厚的RAP功力，在组合中担任舞蹈及RAPER担当。成员鹏飞凭借其突出的舞蹈及编排能力，成为组合中不可或缺的舞蹈担当。成员恺的扎实唱功，担当组合副主唱。
4ROM组合的名字原意为FROM，是来自和开始的意思，预示全新组合的诞生及音乐理念的开始，也标志着对日韩偶像团体的挑战开始。
组合定位为一只HIPHOP组合，曲风主要为HIP-HOP、R&B及电子舞曲，并且曲风大胆创新，融入了很多国际最流行的音乐元素，打破了传统音乐架构和KPOP的盲从。即将推出的同名主打单曲《FROM》，是国内首支以DUBSTEP为核心元素的电子舞曲，并结合了弦乐及POP架构，使其从原来黑暗的色调变的更为柔和，也更适应国内听众。势必会将席卷欧美的DUBSTEP之风带入国内的流行乐坛。
