考试模式

高考英语口语考试目前有两种模式，即“人人对话”模式和“人机对话”模式。“人人对话”模式是一种传统考试模式，考官以面对面的形式与考生进行沟通，以判定考生英语口语表达能力。考官根据考生的语音语调、理解能力、表达能力、反应速度四个方面对考生成绩进行考核。考官最后将这四项分数合计为总分。北京、安徽、河北、山东、辽宁等全国大部分地区的高考英语口语考试采取了“人人对话”模式考试。

“人机对话”模式，是指由电脑代替英语教师扮演考官的角色，所有考题和指令均由电脑发出，考生根据从耳机中听到的或在电脑屏幕上看到的指令和要求回答问题。计算机会自动将考生在考试中回答问题时所有语音信息进行录音并保存。考生考试的全过程不介入任何人为因素。考试结束后，所有考生的考试录音将被集中，评卷教师按教育部网上阅卷要求进行统一集中评卷。目前我国使用“人机对话”形式高考口试的地区还不多，仅上海、广东、广西等个别地区使用这种模式，各地区设计的题型也不尽相同。

学生的口试得分主要包括“内容分”和“语言分”两部分，内容部分主要考查考生的回答是否符合题目要求，回答是否准确；语言部分主要考查考生的英语语音、语调是否标准、地道。

时间安排

2010年广东省

根据2010年广东省报考普通高考英语口语考试的考生人数情况，2010年普通高考英语口语考试时间安排在6个时间段进行，3月23日为处理异常情况考试。各市、县（区）可根据当地考生报考人数合理安排考试时间。

考场守则

2010年广东省

一、各考场须自觉服从各市（县）考试机构的统一指挥，高标准、高质量完成英语口语考试考务工作。

二、考场必须严格按照计算机辅助考试的技术原则和设备要求，落实工作措施，认真做好设备维护工作，建立标准的英语口语考试考场。

三、必须保证考试场地具备满足考试所需要的设施，考场考试时所使用的服务器、交换机、打印机、计算机运行正常，考场考试前须对考试用的所有设备正常使用情况进行检测。如有异常情况，要及早修理或更换。每场考试需配备备用服务器、网络设备和10%的备用计算机。

四、考场布置要干净整齐，并张贴欢迎标语、试室分布图、考生须知、考试时间表、路标等，在距考室周围30米处设置警戒线。

五、英语口试考试考场分设为候考室、备考室、试室等，并指定专人负责各项工作。

六、考场要保证安全、安静、清洁。

七、试题在启用前是国家绝密级材料，考场必须按有关保密要求严加保管，确保试题安全保密万无一失。

八、除考场主考及经批准的考试管理人员外，其他人员一律不得携带通讯工具进入考试场所。

九、考场要做好考务人员的选聘培训。要选聘作风正派、工作认真、纪律性强、健康条件较好的同志担任考务工作，并在考试前，集中考务人员学习监考人员守则，明确职责、任务和分工，熟悉和掌握各种规章制度和技术要求。

十、考场要加强安全保卫监督，考试场所禁止任何人擅自使用通讯工具。考试结束后安排考生按指定路线离开考场，防止考生作弊、泄露试题等现象发生。

十一、对因计算机设备或网络故障等异常原因造成考试中断的考生，各考场要详尽记录，耐心做好解释工作，并由市考试机构另行安排考试。另行安排考试的考生不得使用已接触过的试卷。

十二、各考场在每个时间段考试结束后，必须做好考生考试答案及相关数据的拷贝、封存保密工作，确保考生数据的准确、安全。

十二、考场要遵守招生考试的各项规定和纪律，严禁徇私舞弊、弄虚作假，否则，将按《国家教育考试违规处理办法》及有关规定从严惩处。

信息采集

1、考场信息的采集：

（1）首先，确认英语口语考试考场是否同时为报名点库中的报名点，若为新增的考场，则必须报省教育考试院技术部，由技术部添加新增考场后再进行考场设置。制定考场设置方案：确定全市口语考场个数，每个考场的试室数、每个时间段的考试场次、考生数、服务器数，考试时间段，每个时间段接纳考试的中学，考生进场时间等。

（2）其次，在考场信息窗口用新增考场按钮逐一录入添加各英语口语考场，输入考场的各试室号、每试室容纳的考生人数、该试室对应的服务器号以及每个时间段的考试场次，并保存。确定每个考场的考试时间段，以及该时间段接纳考试的所有中学。每个考场最大可分六个时段，分别为3月20、21、22日的上午、下午，异常考生考试场次一般安排在下一时间段。每个时段一般应安排4－6个场次，最多不得超过6个场次。各市可根据设备及考生人数确定本市开考的总时段数（不超过六个时间段），每个时间段可包含多个县（区）、多个中学。在选定各个时间段所接纳考试的中学时，原则上尽量把同一中学的学生安排在同一个时间段考试，若同一时间段不能安排同一中学的所有考生考试，则可以拆分为两个或多个连续时间段进行考试。如一个中学分在三个或多个连续时间段考试的，期间不得与其他中学混合编排考试，即在此时间段内只能安排该中学的考生考试。设置完毕，退出英语口语考试信息采集功能。由于每个时间段可产生多个考试场次，同一中学的考生可能分配在同一时间段的不同的场次，因此，各市在考场设置时要合理安排每个时间段容许考试的县（区）、报名点（中学），充分考虑每个时间段的总场次、总考生人数、远途考生的交通住宿等因素。开考前应及时向考生告知每场次的进场、备考、考试时间，保证考试有条不紊地进行。

2、考生数据及考场信息上报：经检查，确认考生信息和考场信息设置无误后，使用系统的打印功能，打印盖章后连同各市根据本市英语口语考试考生人数及设备配备情况，按附件九、附件十的要求填报《广东省2010年普通高考英语口语考试考场基本信息表》和《广东省2010年普通高考英语口语考试考场安排表》，于3月5日上报省教育考试院技术部。

3、口语考试准考证打印：2010年3月13日，各级考试机构使用“普高电子档案系统”网络版打印普通高考英语口语考试准考证。（准考证样式附件十一），并加盖市或县(区)招生办的公章后发给考生。

4、各市各口语考场可于3月14一16日期间自行组织英语口语模拟考试。

分析：这是口语能力要求的基础部分，占总分的20%，是考生应拿的基本分。就这段87词的短文样题配有视频和录音两次带读，考查的重点在语音语调和流利程度方面，但“冰冻三尺非一日之寒”，一个口语较差的考生想在两遍带读下读出比较标准的英语也非易事。因此在非毕业班的教学中要落实《英语课程标准》中关于语音语调的要求，多让学生看、听地道的英语视频、音频，要早读午读中强调要学生开口，模仿正确的语音语调，打下扎实的语音基础。在教学实际中老师们对课标、考纲的语法项目比较熟悉，对语音项目往往忽视，特别是由于语音在入门阶段没有重点考查，高中课本又没有要求，是高中教学的知识死角。要练好语音语调光有大量的模仿是不够的，一定要掌握扎实的语音知识才能事半功倍。
