马海平,男,1981年10月生,浙江诸暨人,毕业于上海大学机自学院控制理论与控制工程专业,获得工学博士学位,现任职于绍兴文理学院数理信息学院副教授。[1]马海平教授智能计算及应用,智能控制与信息处理,滤波算法与估计理论,嵌入式系统设计的研究。
