研究方向

（1）高温超导材料制备、微结构及性能与应用；

（2）新型半导体材料制备、微结构及性能与器件；

(3)材料微结构表征及性能；

(4)材料及性能的计算模拟；

(5)金属功能材料微结构及性能。
