个人经历
丹妮丝·理查兹（Denise Richards）于1971年2月17日生于美国伊利诺斯州的芝加哥，在家中的两姐妹中排行老大，丹妮丝拥有克罗地亚人和威尔士人血统，有一个名叫米歇尔的妹妹，她和妹妹都是在达佩奇长大。丹妮丝当时是小学棒球队中唯一一位女生。
1971年2月17日生于美国伊利诺斯州的唐纳斯格洛弗。1989年毕业于加州圣地亚哥的EI Camino高中。高中时期即开始从事模特儿工作，同时亦迷恋于跆拳道，毕业后便随经纪人活跃于纽约及东京等地的T型台。1993年以喜剧片《重装武器》跻身影坛，开始在影视剧中出演角色。
